Theme Hygienic assessment of the complex microclimate influence to the human organism.

Purpose: to know how to assess the complex microclimatic influence to the human organism by objective and subjective (sabjektiv) assessment’s methods.

Microclimate of premises –it is a complex of meteorological attributes inside of premises that characterizing difference combinations air’s temperature, humidity and wind mobility as well as temperature surrounding surfaces.

Depending the temperature surrounding surfaces it’s possible generated positive and negative infrared radiation. Infrared heat rays is a type of electromagnetic rays. All objects that are not at absolute zero temperature radiate such rays. Most infrared heat rays that radiate from the body have wave length of 5 to 20 micrometers.

The human body radiates heat rays in all directions. Heat rays are also being radiated from walls of rooms and other objects toward the body. If the temperature of the body is greater than the temperature of the surroundings, a greater quantity of heat is radiated from the body is radiated to the body ( positive radiation ). If the temperature of the surroundings is greater than the temperature of the body, a greater quantity of heat is radiated from the surroundings to the human body (negative radiation). It’s known following varieties of microclimate depending combinations of it’s factors:

  1. Optimal. All factors are balancing to heating balance of the human organism.

  2. Indifferent. All factors result not from an essential strengthening of the human organism.

  3. Heating. High temperature and other gain factors lead to heating strengthening of the human organism.

  4. Cooling. Low temperature and other gain factors lead to cooling strengthening of the human organism.

  5. Intermittent. The combination of microclimates factors are cooling-heating and may lead to disadaptation’s states.

Unfavorable microclimate leads to acute or chronic strenthening of the termoregulation system including all organs and system (bracket) ( bones and crystalline lenz are excepted) as it following disturbance are resulted: (Roman numerals)

  1. Specific disturbance are resulted from only one origin that lead to aetio – pathological changes in human organism:

    1. Heatstroke

    2. Heat shock.

    3. Heat cramps.

    4. General and local frost bite.

  2. Nun specific disturbances are resulted from the strengthening of the human organism leading to exhaustion regulation and energetic stores.

Termoregulation system as a functional system of the human body.

Human body has a unique adaptation system providing resistance to the adverse factors. Peculiarity (pikjuli’eriti) of the human organism is required stability of the core temperature for optimal biochemical conditions providing. For this one exists systems that heat producing, insulated (insiuleit) system and heat out put system. It’s known following heat out-put ways: per skin, per lungs, per excrement 9 ‘( ekskriment ) –faeces (‘fi: si : z ) , urine (iuerin).

It’s known also following heat out-put mechanisms: convection – heat out-put to air with lower temperature ; conduction -heat out-put to contiguous (ken’tigjues) surfaces for example cooling articles of clothes; vet evaporation -it’s known that for - steam producing it’s necessary energy including heat out-put, infra red radiation –it is reminded that if the temperature of the body is greater than the temperature of the surroundings, a greater quantity of heat is radiated from the body to surfaces ( positive radiation ).

Concerning the heat producing system –it is depends of the air temperature. Increasing the air temperature leads to decreasing the heat producing and conversely (‘konve : sli).it’s very important to notice that this process is not speedy and requires reconstruction of the basic metabolism.

It’s known following conformities of the functional state changes that is exposed the human organism to influencing of the heating microclimate. Depending the heat out-put strengthening we should observe increasing pulse rate, respiratory rate, skin temperatures , sometimes core temperature ; decreasing blood pressure, skin temperature . This differences determines of blood circulation changes firstly and secondly of the necessity of large blood’s portions directs for heating out-put to skin. Heat out-put increasing by poses changing which characterizing the maximal skin’s opening, water is drunk more frequency, light clothes are worn .

Cooling microclimate is activated heat reservation processes. People’s poses are oriented for skin ‘s square reducing, warm clothes are worn, skin’s blood circulation is minimized , pilomotor reflex is observed ( skin’s square reduced ), shiver is become ( muscles’ adenosine di- and triphosphate acides are destroyed) . It’s determined following termoregulation’s strengthening attribute: pulse and respiratory rate, skin’s temperature are decreased, a skin is become white colour caused by vessels constriction .

It is known 2 types methods for the microclimates influencing assessment: 1. Subjective – this methods are substantiated upon subjective sensations of volunteers who were exposed by favorable and unfavorable microclimate of difference combinations . After exposing each volunteer could describe his sensation as a ‘‘warm”, “very warm”, “good “, “hot”, “very hot” , “cool”, “very cool” etc. Using statistical methods explorer had got some average level of the sensation was called according the temperature meaning . Other wise temperature by this methods is an abstract number which is correlated to average warm sensations.
