The article interprets and analyzes A. Makarenko’s theoretical and practical experience from the point of view of its influence on the culture of the modern teacher professional communication in order to improve it, as well as characterizes the theory of education of the individual in the collective and the ways and means of developing professional attitude, understanding the culture of professional communication in the collective.

^ Vykhvatenko M. T. The Problems of Pupils’ Discipline in Modern School Education (in the Context of А. S. Makarenko Upbringing Pedagogy)

In the article the ways of solving the problems of pupils’ discipline in modern school education in the context of A. S. Makarenko upbringing pedagogy have been considered. The most important aspects concerning keeping discipline in class, ways of punishment pupils at school, approaches and attitudes to children’s misbehaviour and the ways of solving some disputable problems in class collectives, reflected in the works of famous Russian pedagogue A. S. Makarenko have been analyzed. The role of discipline in the life of a pupils’ collective in developing and formation of a well-rounded personality has been discussed. The influence of a class collective on the process of children upbringing has been distinguished. The importance and significance of a pedagogue and pedagogical collective in developing disciplined behaviour of the pupils has been shown. The necessity of the further systematic studying the theoretical and practical heritage of well-known pedagogue-innovator A. S. Makarenko and its practical implementation into teaching and upbringing process has been proved in the article. The actuality of using his theoretical base and practical application due to the process of democratization in all the spheres of social life in Ukraine has been proved. The two main approaches to creation the collective: “personal projection” and appropriate form of its realization which had not thoroughly been investigated by the Soviet and modern Ukrainian scholars have been enlightened. The ways of solving the problem of developing discipline in modern class on the basis of Makarenko heritage have been suggested. The retrospective of studying Makarenko’s upbringing system by the Soviet and post soviet scholars have been presented.

Volkova K. S. Using the Heritage of А. Makarenko in the Formation of Professional Readiness of the Primary School Teachers to Work in Conditions of Inclusive Education

In the article the covers the use of pedagogical legacy of Anton Semyonovich Makarenko during the formation of future teachers of primary classes of the professional activity under the conditions of inclusive education. The author analyses the significance of the introduction of inclusive education in the modern educational space. Underline the advantages of co-education of children with regulatory development and children with special educational needs in the conditions of inclusive education. Recognition the role of the teacher of initial classes in formation of tolerance in the younger generation. Identifies areas of work of teachers in the training of children and their parents to study in inclusive educational environment. The author considers the views of А.Makarenko regarding the conditioning of the pedagogical skills of teachers of sound training in a higher educational institution. Attention is drawn to the experience of an outstanding teacher about the use of the educational force of the collective in the process of formation of the personality.

Gladka A. V., Bublik O. I. The First Graduates Employed in Ukraine: Legal Guarantees, and Implementation Issues

The article deals with the problems of government guarantees implementation on the first job, the employment of young specialists, graduates. The importance of practical solutions, the implementation of legal safeguards for the employment of youth in sustainable development of society and the labor market and government is shown. Labor market requirements and consistent with a degree, the problem of unemployment and the lack of new jobs hinder the implementation of government guarantees. It is shown that many problems can be solved by the youth employability and employment on the example of A.S. Makarenko’s teaching activities and development of our country in the 20’s and 30’s of the twentieth century. State, society and territorial community should deal with this issue, because its unresolved leads to the destruction of personality and society.

The first workplace is the first place, where a graduating student works after completion educational establishment. Influence of the state on the processes of employment of graduating students of schools, vocational and higher educational establishment’s shows up differently and foremost has for an object support of the social becoming and development of young people, especially on the stage of plugging of her in lab our activity. The first employment of graduating students of institutions of higher learning has a few parties, in particular, the state is mark the row of positions for the improvement of position in Ukraine with employment, but, not all these positions it maybe to incarnate in life for a number of reasons, among that is a problem of absence of workplace, small lab our-market, disparity of the got profession to the queries of lab our-market.

Kondratenko A. P. Realisation of Ideas of A. S. Makarenko in Activities of Student Self Government (Experience of Institute of Information Technology of Lugansk Taras Shevchenko National University)

This article summarizes experience of Institute of Information Technology in realization of ideas of A. S. Makarenko in activities of student self government, analyses pedagogical ideas of A. S. Makarenko self government at school, considers modern approaches to student self government, covers student self government realization of Institute of Information Technology of Lugansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

It characterizes peculiarities of organization of student self government of Institute of Information Technology in context of A. S. Makarenko ideas realization, which are: educational process of all participants, common goal and distinct motivation; harmonization of individual activity of students and collective, socially important affairs. In addition to ideas mentioned above, it also considers approaching of single positive result of activity; social importance of self government activity, correspondence of informative and organizational structural component of self government with the level of development of a group, voluntariness and electivity of self government, initiative, self-activity and creativity, publicity and actuality of decisions, combination of constant and elective bodies of self government, strong collaborative relationship between students and teachers.

Complicated educational tasks are proved to be realized in practical activity of self government bodies of Institute of Information Technology.

Speranskaya-Skarga M. A. Professional Qualities of Teacher-philologist as Components of Professional and Pedagogical Image

The article reveals the connection between the process of the development of professional qualities of future teachers and creating the effective professional teacher’s image. It has been proved that the structure of the professional teacher’s image can be revealed through those personality and professional qualities that a specialist possesses. Among the professional qualities that the teacher-philologist has we have emphasized the importance of the following ones: project, adaptation, organization, motivation, cognitive, creative, and linguistic skills. The author insists on the necessity to create the pedagogical conditions, whose objective will be the simultaneous personality and professional development of future teachers in the context of increasing the effectiveness of their pedagogical image.

The development of the teacher’s image has been also related to the introduction of the ideas of foreign language education into the process of professional training. The author has stated and proved the importance of the development of sociocultural skills of the future teachers of philological specialities. It has been justified that contemporary working and studying conditions encourage specialists of philological sphere to fulfill a series of tasks related to improving intercultural connections, respecting spiritual values of other cultures, as well as representing their native country in the international interactions. A variety of classroom and extra-curricular techniques aimed at the development of the abovementioned sociocultural skills have been characterized, particularly, such forms as seminar-reflection, creative laboratories, as well as intercultural sessions and meetings.

Shvyrka V. N., Bronnikova S. N. Pedagogical Insight of A. S. Makarenko and Its Importance for Professional Features of Future Teacher Formation

The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical insight of A. S. Makarenko and its importance for professional features of future teacher formation. Pedagogical insight is regarded as a skill of a teacher, a tutor to foresee the final result of his pedagogical measures and is characterized by the ability of indentifying difficulties, that can appear during the future meeting with students, to prevent and neutralize their undesirable actions. A. S. Makarenko’s fiction and scientific articles were analyzed. They indicate, that on his view pedagogical insight is, firstly, the right approach to the personality and the group with taking into account individual, age-related peculiarities and psychological tension. Secondly, it is a peculiar skill of influencing on the state of mind, choosing particularly those means, that provoke the right attitude to their own fault, feelings of shame and awkwardness, wish to correct the mistake. Possible variants of A. S. Makarenko’s professional activity experience usage during the future teachers’ training by the example of the pedagogical field disciplines are presented. Variants of pedagogical situations analysis and forming this feature in young pedagogues are proposed.

^ Bondar E. V., Krutko E. M. The Role of a Computer Game in the Life of Children through the Ideas of A. Makarenko

The article shows the relevance of the Makarenko’s principles in the organization of children’s games, the role of training and development computer games for the modern child, their classification and function have been defined. Game is the most affordable leading type of the child’s activity. It plays a significant role not only in the intellectual development of the child, but in general in the development of her or his personality traits. A. Makarenko pointed out the fact that what the child is in the game, is what he is in work as an adult.

Special attention is being paid today to training and developing computer games, which fulfill the following functions: learning, self-expression and function of human self-realization, relaxation, diagnostic, communication, compensation functions, entertaining and motivational ones. It is concluded that despite significant changes in the role of a traditional game the modes of story building, the use of various aids in the organization of the game, A. Makarenko’s principles in creating training and developing computer games are still effective. Using computer games increases child’s interest in studying, making the process of assimilation of new knowledge and understanding of environmental faster and more versatile, contributes to more effective comprehension of the material, develops logical thinking, enhances cognitive activity.

Volobueva N. A. Using the Historical Experience of the Problem of Homeless Children in the Soviet Union and the Applicability to Current Conditions

In this article, we appeal to the urgent problem of our time: the experience to solve the problem of homeless children in the Soviet Union. Analyzing historical facts, including A.S.Makarenko method, we find it possible to use this experience in the modern world. We give statistics given for orphans and homeless in the USSR and modern Russia.

Donnik M. S. The Pedagogical Ideas of A. S. Makarenko to the Socialization of Social hostel’s Children

The paper presents an analysis of educational views of the great educator A. S. Makarenko innovator in terms of impact on team formation and development of personality. This paper describes the state social policies on child protection, one of the areas which support the creation of social hostels in Ukraine. In addition, the article gives the essence of the concept of «social hostel», the specifics of its activities and the relevance of creation. Social hostel is seen as an area of informal communication between children and young people, where the processes dating occur rapidly and spontaneously, resulting in a team. Particular attention is paid to the creation of staff in boarding schools, its functioning and educational influence that can be amplified when the educational activities involved authoritative personality, which is the social pedagogue. The purpose of education teacher saw in the preparation of cultural rights, active citizens, to be politically developed, disciplined, with a well-developed sense of duty and the notion of honor, the host and organizer. According to the theory of teaching staff A. S. Makarenko, communication, administration and students should be based on friendly relations, respect for the individual social teacher inhabitants faith in his strength and capabilities. Administration and orphans should form a single teaching staff, the key of which is the collective act of establishment and implement not authoritarian, but only pedagogical impact.

It is found out an author, that social work is priority direction in activity of centers of social services for family, children and young people. It is well-proven in the article, that social work will be realized in obedience to a certain goal, has a clear structure, and also subjects and objects of activity. By an author certainly, that maintenance of social work within the limits of centers of social services for family, children and young people opens up through its purpose, principles, methods, forms, functions and kinds.

Zolotova H. D. Significance of A. S. Makarenko’s Legacy for Preventing Children’s Addictive Behaviour

We consider the importance of A.S. Makarenko’s legacy for preventing the problem of children’s addictive behaviour. Among the common causes of the expansion of chemical addictions are: increasing of drug market volume, extremely wide range of alcohol and tobacco products, poly-drug use, feminization, reappearance of strong connection of youth subculture and drug consumption. There can be distinguished the following models of chemical addictive behaviour – sedative, activating, hedonistic, conforming, manipulating, compensatory ones. The types of addictive children are defined according to the presence of needs, such characteristics as aggression, excitability, cynicism, selfishness. We develop the following stages of forming the addictive needs: Stage 1 – closing the needs cycle, evidence of pleasantness of psychoactive substance use; Stage 2 – strengthening of the need; Stage 3 – growing of the new need importance in motivation sphere, its coming to the fore. A general sequence of addictive behaviour presences the formation of social dependence – internal willingness to start dosing; group psychological dependence – origination of the need to take psychoactive substance in a certain company; individual psychological dependence which is accompanied by the need to increase the dose and use psychoactive substance alone; physical dependence which is characterized by forming a withdrawal syndrome.

Ren L. V. The Homeless Children Education System in Pedagogical Inheritage of A. S. Makarenko

During the 20-30th of ХХ сentury in pedagogical science and educational practice there was an unique situation, which was characterized fruitful creative searches, creation of structural educate systems, for a decision educational tasks, by development of experimental work in industry of cooperation and support of the neglected and homeless children. In the article analysed and certained the main ideas of education system of homeless children, which was developed and incarnated famous teacher A.S.Makarenko, among which: determination of influence public life on personality and conduct of homeless child; individual going to every child, influence on him through a collective; stimulation activity of children, transformation them on subjects, «creators» of their life; organization of child’s self-government; general education of boys and girls; presence of encouragement and disciplinary punishment as methods of education; orientation on a prospect, «tomorrow gladness»; development of teacher, education by example. The developed and introduced education system of homeless and neglected children of A. S. Makarenko, its effectiveness creates pre-conditions for subsequent work in relation to the decision this problem. Now the new reading and new understanding of education experience of famous teacher, development of his ideas for social education deprived children appears the main task.

Karpenko I. M. Catharsis Essence of Pedagogical System of A. S. Makarenko

This article considers the problem of essence and aims of catharsis education of a personality from A.S. Makarenko’s point of view. Catharsis is understood to be integral, intensive, dynamic state of a person. It depicts the top of spiritual organization of an individual as a result of purification, complication and sublimation of his goals, values and ideals to the level of being socially important, national and universal. Spiritual purification is emancipation from negative elements of consciousness, emotional sphere and behavior. Spiritual complication assumes internal substantive and structural reorganization of consciousness, feelings and behavior of a person due to introduction of new elements and relations in his sociocultural experience. Spiritual sublimation is characterized as conscious choice, strong motivation and practical realization of socially important goals, values and ideals by a personality.

This problem is considered in terms of the main laws of development of a collective that were formulated by A.S. Makarenko. (The law of movement; the law of perspective lines; reliance upon the positiveness of a person; excessive strictness towards ones who are the best; major tone and style of life of a collective; unity of children and adults society). This article proves necessity of implementation of A.S. Makarenko’s catharsis experience of education in modern Ukrainian school.

Krasnova N. P. The Structure of the Characteristics of the Teaching Staff

The article reveals the main tasks facing today the teaching staff of the school; it is shown the difference pedagogical collectives depending what goals they set and how to integrate their efforts on achieving them; a General characteristic of the collective and its development level (a level of maturity), which is defined as the ability of the team to put the actual and real common goals, to form the structure of individual goals that are integrated with the General, build and modify the structure of interactions, relationships, to ensure the achievement of the goals with the greatest possible efficiency; is characterized by the level of development of the teaching staff from the point of view of three components: value-orientation of maturity, level of organisation and cohesion; it is shown as the value-orientation and maturity of the team, showing the degree of readiness to exert their efforts for achievement of high results in the teaching-educational activity is based on the orientation and the achievement of the activities, orientation to development, self-development; emphasizes that the organization of the collective (responsibility, harmony, involvement in management) and unity (unity orientation, compatibility, and stability) affect the level of development of pedagogical collective.

Kurlishchuk I. I. The Main Ideas of Social Education in Makarenko’s Pedagogical Theory

The article is devoted to research of main ideas of social education of person in theory of education of one of the most famous Ukrainian teacher of 20-30 years of XX centure Antona Makarenko. The author analyses the Makarenko’s understanding of contents of social education, the main features of structural elements of social education and also the aims of social education. Anton Makarenko describes person, society and collective as the main elements of the process of socialization. The Famous Educator didn’t use the term «socialization» but he describes the process witch named as socialization in modern sociology nowadays. The main aim of his social education is a good formed person as an active member of society. Every person can develop the individual and social features only in a collective as a member of it. Collective is an area of personal creation for every member of it. The analyses of Makarenko’s theoretical and practical works shows such priority ideas of his social education of young person as direct dependence of purpose and tasks of education from a social order; collectivism and public character of social education that does not eliminate the personality orientation of social education. The author of the article also studies Makarenko’s principles of social education as the principle of connection education with life, the principle of respect and requirement every person, the principle of pedagogical optimism.

Sevastyanova E. A. Problems of Education in Makarenko’s Pedagogical Heritage

This article analyzes the characteristics of the educational problems in Makarenko’s pedagogical heritage. The author analyzes the nature of education as a social phenomenon, the purpose of education and principles of education. Highlights the main directions of the organization collectives and various aspects of its activities, multilateral influence on the personality of the teacher. A clear analysis of the views of teachers on the purpose and main objectives of education in the education system of modern Ukrainian state is presented. The question of education the will and character took the central place in all theoretical and practical works of A. S. Makarenko. This great teacher raised questions about the moral character of the individual as the driving force of her behavior and actions. To the basic principles of Makarenko’s education attribute-respect and rigor, suncerity and openness, integrity, caring and attentiveness, knowledge, exercise, hardening, work, team, family, first childhood, the degree of love and the measure of severity, children’s joy, play, punishment and reward. The educational heritage of Makarenko, his views on the definition of the essence and character of education, goals and means of education are still relevant today.

Bader S. A. The Management of the Developing School Collective in the Pedagogical Inhering of A. S. Makarenko

The manage aspect of the A. S. Makarenko technology of collective education is analyzed. The characteristic of the principles, laws, education in the collective and the person in it are shown, the stages of the collective development and the teacher’s role in this process are identified. The structure of collective self government is shown.

Mishina L. M. Makarenko’s Ideas about the Collective in the Process of Modern Corporate Culture of the University

The article highlights the essence of the concepts of «corporate culture», «collective». The main features of the group (presence of significant public purposes; consistent development objectives as a result of joint activities; systematic involvement of students in various social activities, practical connection of children and society). The effect of A. S. Makarenko’s general principles of developing the collective (education in team, for the team, by means of the team, training in work and through work, tradition, discipline, treatment, respect for the individual and demanding love, punishment) on the modern practice of corporate culture of the University. The key features for the success of the group (trust, recognizing each team member’s personality; precise definition of every team member’s place in the team; rejection of manipulation; government; strict discipline, tight teamwork, great purpose, personal example, the value of professionalism; the power of team).

It is shown that Anton Semenovich’s general principles of education combined with modern conditions of corporate culture of the student group, which guarantee efficiency and effectiveness of the process.

Rasskazova O. І. Collective of Class as the Center of Social Interaction Students in Inclusive Education

In the article, on the basis of the accumulated in the pedagogy of the ideas on creation and functioning of the class of the team, research of its influence on the development of personality, presents the author’s view on the problem of improvement of social interaction among students in terms of inclusive education. Friendly relations in the classroom are considered as one of the manifestations of collectivism which provides personality of each child in the class, especially a student with a disability, mutual respect, trust, moral and psychological security. By creating an atmosphere in the classroom, based on sociability, the teacher must proceed from the fact that these relationships are based on the specific set is A. Makarenko, rules: Do not belittle each other’s interests, but will not remain indifferent to the shortcomings; critical of joint activities and to its results; critically assess their contribution to this work. The key provision of the exigencies of the author, is the fact that it was thanks to based on the principles of collectivism educational impact of the microenvironment of a class of students with disabilities more effectively included in the system of interpersonal interaction through the development of their communities.

Savinova N. V. Methodology of Research of Speech Development of Children with Heavy Violations of Speech in the Context of Theory of Child’s Collective of A. S. Makarenko

In the article the author lights up methodological principles of the differentiated speech therapy correction of speech activity for children with heavy violations among which the special place belongs to concepts of pedagogics of A. Makarenko connected with dialectical distinction of method of teaching and method of education; unities of study of child and its education; unity of education of children and organization of their life; combination of study of science bases with productive labour of children; scientifically organized system of all influences; strengthening of pedagogical attention to child’s collective.

The author of the article underlines that realization of purpose and tasks of research speech activity of children with heavy allolalias requires immersion in conception of child’s collective, individualization of teaching, presented in the pedagogical legacy of A. Makarenko on condition of the creative use.

Tied development of individuality of A. Makarenko not only with the features of man but also with temperament. He considered that it is difficult to take into account the displays of character and temperament, that is why it is needed to have a very thin educate tool. The purpose of individual education consists of determination and development of personality capabilities and inclinations not only in the process of studies but also in the process of forming of child’s character– future competent citizen of society.

Kharchenko L. P. The Team as a Factor of Education of Values of Schoolchildren

Is considered the most important aspect of pedagogical heritage A. Makarenko – the role of collective action in the formation of the individual. Emphasis is placed on the impact of collective action on the «formation of a» values: personal and social. The author analyzes the views of the philosophers, sociologists on the essence and content of values, stages of formation of the collective are examined as the stages of the assignment of the personality of the socio-cultural values. Condition for the formation of values is a socially-significant activity.

Bublik O. I. The Punishment of Juvenile Offenders: Ways of Humanization through the Formation of Restorative Justice and Juvenile Justice

The article deals with current problems punishment for juvenile offenders and the need to humanize society towards them. A number of factors that affect the growth of criminal offenses, including minors and minors is analyzed. It is shown that the existing system of criminal punishment is obsolete in modern society there is a need to implement juvenile justice and restorative justice. The purpose of the juvenile justice and restorative justice is not a minor penalty, but to take it on a set of measures aimed at individual education, care, protection from the negative influence of the environment. Government policy should be focused on educating young people in a spirit of respect and love for parents, relatives, respect for other people’s work and property, raising a teenager so that he has no desire to break the law, but when it happened, there would be real possibility of correction, rehabilitation, vocational training and employment in the future.

The juvenile a court must estimate minor not only as a person that committed crime or publicly-dangerous act but also such that got in a danger, that is why task of such court to apply to the minor of fender or criminal such type of criminal punishment and to define such his measure, to give an opportunity to become a valuable citizen to him.

Duvansкa К. О. Prevention of Crime as the Area of Social and Educational Activities with Minors

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «prevention» and its features in the social and educational work. Prevention of juvenile crime is part of the general system of preventive education and due to complex causes negative phenomena among young people, given the shortcomings of the previous practice of preventive tasks, the focus should be aimed at developing a new philosophy of social and educational activities to improve the scientific level of theory, methodology and pedagogical practices, build new strategies of prevention. The author of these three levels of juvenile crime prevention: primary prevention (socio-educational prevention), secondary prevention (preventive care and correction), tertiary prevention (adaptation, rehabilitation), provides a list of the main functions of preventive work: diagnostic and prognostic, protective, preventive, organizational, coordination and mediation, rehabilitating. The article is grounded and have a need for the development of new approaches, forms and methods of prevention work with juvenile delinquents, which ought to provide quality content updates prevention work that will allow for the formation of the willingness and ability of youth to bear personal responsibility for their own welfare and the welfare of society.

Karaman O. L. Implementation of Pedagogical Experience of A. S. Makarenko in Modern Penitentiary System of Ukraine

The article presents the historical background of life A. S. Makarenko: the development of social and educational ideas to work with juvenile offenders in different periods of the state and society. The systems of educational institutions for juveniles in the 20 – 30 years of the twentieth century. Displaying career A. S. Makarenko as teacher-experimenter in the labor colony named M. Gorky and labor commune named F. Dzerzhinsky. Analyzed trends and implementation mechanisms pedagogical experience in the colonies of A. S.Makarenko in modern penitentiary system of Ukraine: the mode (training discipline, the use of educational potential punishment, collective condemnation), socially useful work (nurturing productive labor and labor colonies and self-improvement), social and educational work (education in the team and the team through the development of children’s self and creative initiatives), education and vocational training (as a general and vocational education in the colony), social influence (communication colony with divers social institutions to resocialization and integration into society after a minor release). It was concluded that with proper rule-making and organizational activities of the state and society can get the result resocialization of juvenile offenders, which reached in his experience A. S. Makarenko.

Litvinovа N. A, Grin A. V. Current Status and Prospects of the Development Process of Resocialization of Juvenile Offenders

One of the most current and socially important problems facing our society today, of course, is to find ways to reduce the growth of youth violence and improve its prevention.

The article explores the peculiarities and development process of resocialization of juvenile offenders returning from prison.

Children and youth crime is a fact of the manifestation of delinquent behavior, which leads to a gradual degradation of a young person in society. Determined contingent of delinquent individuals.

Analysis of practice and theoretical research A. Makarenko process resocialization of juvenile offenders. The author system resocialization teenager in a real free society. Solved strategy resocialization process, technique update social status, lost social skills, personality refocusing on positive relationships with people. State in general and society in particular need to pay attention to the issue resocialization of juvenile offenders, only through coordinated and effective action specialists.

Motunova N. V. The Prevention of Teenager Crime in A. S. Makarenko Teaching Creativity

The article analyses the principal components of A. S. Makarenko pedagogical system and reveals their value in the process of prophylaxis underage’s delict. The experience of successful of homeless children in boarding institution is substantiated. The essence of upbringing work that lies in the child’s life organization is displayed. The next three principles provide efficient organization of child’s life: the relationships’ collectivity, self- management and work that provides the welfare of the pupils. A. S. Makarenko pedagogical ideas of upbringing: pedagogue has to be «dourly demanding, strict and strong» for pupil’s saving is considered; the control of community thought of the authoritative collective tempers pupil’s character, develop will, inculcates helpful social skills of the personal behavior, the pride of oneself as a member of this community; everything educates: people, things, facts but firstly and mostly-people, among them on the first place are parents and pedagogues; an individual is bad only because it is in the bad social environment, in the bad conditions; the perspective is the aim of the collective and it has to be attained; the discipline is neither way nor method, it is the result of the whole upbringing – is not moralized, well organized life of children.
