An equally important factor in the organization of wrestlers’ motor actions is control of operational parameters of performed exercises for which it is necessary to perceive and feel the motor skills. Considering the participation of specialized perceptions in different situations in the process of fight, it is important to notice that they appear as a complex, and each plays an important role in the motor activity process of the wrestler, «especially when dealing with the complex of sensory and motor tasks within changing conditions». The article demonstrates a comparative analysis of survey results in the field of wrestling, revealing the most significant feelings, brought up in conjunction with traditional means of training. Also, the dynamics of specialized perception and technical training for students of judo are presented as a result of introducing means and methods of rhythmic and music education to judo training of students. The article deals with the structure of training of short distance runners in the annual cycle, and the dynamics of motive quality development during the macrocycle training. Scientific information of construction features of annual training cycle in track-and-field is generalized. A question of training optimization is one of the important ones in modern sport. The structure of preparation process is based on the objectively substantial law of becoming sports profession. These conformities to the law are affected by such factors as efficiency of contention activity and optimal structure of training, features of adaptation and character for this kind of sports facilities and methods of educational influence, individual possibilities of sportsmen. The better is flexibility of antagonistic muscles, the less they resist movements and are performed better. Due to special exercises the athlete gains more flexibility than needed at the performance of the selected type of field and track exercises. Thus, flexibility reserve is created. If there is no reserve, and flexibility is used to the limit, one cannot gain maximal velocity and the strength of exercises. The article shows practical value of the achieved results.

Ochkalov A.F. Analysis of Factors, Affecting Human Health.
The article is devoted to the analysis of factors, which affect human health. The article covers the problem of keeping and strengthening of human health. Any person has a body, soul and intellect. These three components (as in a single space) are affected by five factors of our system: structure of the human body, breath, state of mind, energy, and biochemistry. Working through each of these five factors, we are strengthening health in all five aspects: the spiritual, mental and physical. It must be noted that working with one factor you can not forget about the interaction with other factors of health. Any wrong location and function will not work properly. If the stomach is not on the right place, its function is impaired. If the spine is bent, then the load on the body muscles is spread unevenly, which leads to further deformation. As a result, the body structure suffers, and it means changing the character of our movement. Malfunction of the structure and movement leads to discord in the body functions. And it is so in everything. Without solving specific problems with the spine, improving its nutrition and mobility (for example, with the help of special exercises or auto gravitational simulator), only performing one factor of health impact will not give you a large effect. But if you work with all health factors in complex, the result will be positive.
