After one line skipped place the abstract summary (up to 5 lines, centered). Then skip another line and place the body text (with double side alignment). Abstract should not contain figures, references and formulae (if possible). The authors are responsible for the style, provided information and formatting. The text should cover the full page.
Registration forms and abstracts (if any) are to be sent to the Organizing Committee by February 1, 2008 and to be done in accordance with the abovementioned requirements. The paper title should be placed in the next line by capital letters (TNR, 14 pt, bold), an interval before is 0 pt, after – 12 pt; the summary should be in the next lines written by small letters (TNR, 10 pt, normal), an interval before is 0 pt, after – 12 pt.
Body text should be written in two columns of the same wideness with 5 mm distance between the columns (TNR, 11 pt, small letters, normal). An indention at the paragraph beginnings is 5.4 mm, the same for the whole paper. Paragraphs should be double side aligned and do not be separated. Words should be divided automatically.
Subtitles: TNR font, 11 pt, bold, small letters, without indention, centered. It should be separated from the previous text by 12 pt interval, and from the following text by 6 pt interval.
Numbers determining limits of any value should be divided by three points, for example, 20…80 persons.
Tables should be printed as close to the first reference to them as possible. Tables are to be written in Microsoft Word. Tables can’t be made in album orientation.
Table number: 10 pt. TNR font, light, right aligned, 6 pt. intervals should be before and after the number.
Table title: 10 pt. TNR font, bold, centered, without the interval before and with 6 pt. interval after the title.

Photos should be clear and contrasting. If it is necessary to put numbers (positions) on the photos they should be done in Photoshop (*.PSD format).
To write formulae Microsoft Equation 3.0 editor built in Word should be used.
Formulae should be set as separate lines, centered. Simple short formulae without independent meaning should be placed inside the text.
The formulae numbers should be placed by Arabic numerals in the right side in the same lines with the formulae. If the formula takes many lines the number is placed in the last line.
Formulae should be composed in the way they are inside 80 mm column. 6 pt. intervals should be before and after the formula.
General rules: Plain font should be used for numbers in formulae and abbreviations of the mathematical terms (for example, sin, etc.) Abbreviations of physical and engineering units of measurements, metrical measures and their derivatives should be written by the plain font without points, for example, 12 km. Abbreviations in indices should be also written by the plain font.
Used literature references should be placed as a list (10 pt. TNR font, normal, small letters) at the end of the paper under the title REFERENCES (11 pt.
